Chesnok Red is a premier, cold-hardy hardneck garlic (Purple Stripe variety) known for its striking purple-streaked white skins and rich, sweet flavor, making it excellent for baking and roasting. Originating from the Republic of Georgia, it produces large bulbs with 8–10 easy-to-peel, red-skinned cloves. It stores for roughly 4–6 months.
